I'm looking for a roommate to share an apartment on 110th Street near Broadway, the number 1 subway train is on the corner, Columbia University is a few blocks away. The B and C subway trains are within 3 blocks. Times Square is about 20 minutes away by subway.

The three bedroom apartment is furnished. It is in an very nice apartment building on the sixth floor with an elevator. Your room is small with a large window and a ceiling fan. Furnishings in your bedroom include a twin size bed, a desk top, drawers and a place to hang clothes. The room has sheets and plenty of towels too. Laundry room is in the basement. Share is ideal for a student or a traveler. Shopping is convenient and I have a nice kitchen and living room to share. There are many restaurants and a great food market nearby on Broadway.

I'm an easy going gay guy. I'm also a nudist, that is-I don't wear clothes in the apartment (or at the beach). Otherwise I am pretty normal. It would be cool to have a nudist roommate, if that is not your thing, that is ok. I'm straight friendly. I try to keep the kitchen, living room and bathrooms neat. Nonsmoker, no scents or sprays please. Share includes utilities. The utilities include high speed Internet access, cable television, heat, hot water, electric and gas. Our other roommate is a nice guy from Malaysia.
